Miss Sherri Darnell is a wonderful real estate agent! She is sweet, caring, kind and very patient. Her knowledge of the "process", and the homes in the area were unmatched. Miss Sherri was able to help us find the home of our dreams, even as we were going through some tough medical issues at the time. Her patients and understanding of what we needed were masterful. Our dream listing had actually been removed by the seller prior to our offer, but Sherri was able to get it relisted. Then the transaction continued to move incredibly smooth, with Sherri being honest & knowledgeable about the am't to offer, what to expect in return, should we or should we not ask for an Extended Title Policy etc.
She saved us several thousand dollars by using this experience and knowledge. She even made a point of showing up for closing, which many Realtors do not bother to do anymore. She is -- not was -- the perfect Realtor.
