Our dream listing had actually been removed by the seller prior to our offer, but Sherri was able to get it relisted. Then the transaction continued to move incredibly smooth, with Sherri being honest & knowledgeable about the am't to offer, what to expect in return, should we or should we not ask for an Extended Title Policy etc.
She saved us several thousand dollars by using this experience and knowledge. She even made a point of showing up for closing, which many Realtors do not bother to do anymore. She is -- not was -- the perfect Realtor.
